Since landing on St. Croix, it has become a passion of mine to share her unique bounties, and I have never tired of so doing. Whether it is playing mass in her yearly Christmas parade, adorned in feathers signifying the height of the seasonal festivities, or by opening my home to friends, families, and strangers alike to indulge in Coquito, coconut tarts, and goat water, I have encouraged others to join me in celebrating this wonderful Caribbean island.
